PropOps ("we," "us," or "our") operates a property management platform for independent landlords and property managers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain data for up to 90 days to facilitate recovery, then delete it. Some data may be retained longer where required by law.
Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
PropOps is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect.
